When I am in Amman, I like staying here. It's right place for sightseeing and exploring Amman. This hotel offers good breakfasts with the most delicious bread. The staff are kind, managed the parking nearby. The property provides an excellent service. In fact, there is very good internet.

The hotel was very clean and well presented and the staff very professional and smartly-dressed. The beds were comfortable (and long!) and the rooms were very spacious. The hotel had a nice setting and plenty of free parking available. The lifts were great and the plants throughout the interior of the hotel all gave a feel of quality to the place. Thanks very much for an excellent stay.
Unfortunately the toilet flush broke on our last night - possibly a sign of lacking maintenance.

The welcoming atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. The room I stayed in was adequate and is passable of a 4 star hotel.
Some of the things I disliked about the room I was in - Walls are too thin. I could hear the on-goings of the room next to me. - Big bathroom, small shower space. - The bathroom’s door frame looked to have been repainted and the paint leaked on the door and was left as is.

Very clean and fresh, nice personal, extremly helpfull. I bokkked on my own hand (not by the hotel service) a taxi that should pick upp me at 4:30 in the morning to the airport, this didnt come, reception personal called and fixed a taxi in unbelivable 10 min., without thier help didnt miss our fligt. it was unbelivable. the taxi driver took us to the airport in unbelivable 15 min.(the distance 38 km), i was in many 3 stars hotels in Amman and all over the world, this is amoung the best, alot of luxury for littele mony.
To help the taxi to find it: say that it is against Zain building.

The staff , the service, the room, the treatment was really really great ,,,, I felt like a queen there ,,,,plus they have a lot of free services such as pick from airport ,,,internet ,,,,drop to malls ,,,,,we really love it especially that they mad our stay great and ease our meetings and business requirements ......they never say no to you and they try there best to help you. I differently recommend it to many people who travel to Jordan
